Hello Friends, Let's all sit, relax. Close our eyes, be still. We are about to engage in a weeklong breathing exercise: Everyday for the next week, sit, as we are now with eyes closed, feeling relaxed and take a deep breath with your mouth, hold it for a second, breathe out through your nose, and as you breathe out, imagine the left half of your brain exiting your nose as grey smoke, leaving emptiness and disappearing into the air. Take another deep breath in through the mouth, Breathe it out through the nose again, and Imagine the right half of your brain leaving your body as dark red smoke, and it too disappears from your headspace. Now this next breath, Breathe in with the nose, Breathe in very deeply. Hold it, and release slowly, imagining the inside of your body, starting from the bottom of your feet up, exiting your body as purple smoke, until you're completely empty. First of bones, then muscle, and organs all disappear. And now we are shells. On day 1 - Imagine a close friend. Breathe in their body until it replaces the contents of yours. Live in it for a little while, feel their bones and muscles and flesh and organs, and how they shape your skin. Live with it for a moment. Breathe it out. Do the same with a teacher. A co-worker A parent On day 2 - A parent Imagine your genes becoming theirs, instead of the other way around. Imagine the knowledge of a teacher On day 3 - Imagine breathing in rocks then air light fire water electricity On day 4 - A Hummingbird A Rhinoceros A Crocodile A Jellyfish On day 5 - Brick Plastic Concrete The insides of a cell phone A computer On day 6 - A newborn A dead person On day 7 - Someone you love Someone you hate Everyday - After breathing everything else in and out, Imagine breathing in a new set of organs and bones and muscle you've never seen before. They become the insides of a new body.
